Meetings of the Oregon Board of Optometry are held in the second floor conference room at the Board's office location at 1900 Hines Street, Mezzanine Level, Salem, Oregon. Board meetings are scheduled in advance as needed, usually every six to ten weeks. Meetings of the Board are open to the public. However, during portions of the meeting the Board is in Executive Session as indicated on the agenda for that meeting. Executive Sessions are closed to the public pursuant to ORS 192.0660(1)(f)(h). In accordance with ORS 192.640, the Board mails notice of meetings of the Oregon Board of Optometry to all individuals or organizations that have requested to be on its mailing list.
