Meetings of the Oregon Board of Optometry are held in the second floor conference room at the Board's office location at 1900 Hines Street, Mezzanine Level, Salem, Oregon. Board meetings are scheduled in advance as needed, usually no less than four times a year. Meetings of the Board are open to the public. However, during portions of the meeting the Board is in Executive Session as indicated on the agenda for that meeting. Executive Sessions are closed to the public pursuant to ORS 192.0660(1)(f)(h). In accordance with ORS 192.640, the Board mails notice of meetings of the Oregon Board of Optometry to all individuals or organizations that have requested to be on its mailing list.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
A regular meeting of the Board is scheduled for Friday February 3, 2012 in the second floor conference room at 1900 Hines Street, SE, Salem, Oregon, 97302. The Notice and Agenda is available here and will be mailed to all interested parties.
The Board has scheduled additional regular meetings on the following dates:
May 11, 2012
August 10, 2012
November 2, 2012.
Other additional meetings may be scheduled as necessary. The Notice and Agenda for each meeting will be available for download and will be sent to all interested parties prior to the scheduled date.
