Meetings of the Oregon Board of Optometry are held in the conference room at the Board's office location at the MaPs Credit Union Building at 1900 Hines Street, Mezzanine Level, Salem, Oregon. Board meetings are scheduled in advance as needed, usually every six to ten weeks. Meetings of the Board are open to the public. However, during portions of the meeting the Board is in Executive Session as indicated on the agenda for that meeting. Executive Sessions are closed to the public pursuant to ORS 192.0660(1)(f)(h). In accordance with ORS 192.640, the Board mails notice of meetings of the Oregon Board of Optometry to all individuals or organizations that have requested to be on its mailing list.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board is SEPTEMBER 19, 2008 in the Second Floor Conference Room of the MaPs Credit Union Building.
